We verify full cannabinoid profiles (HHC, CBD, THC, CBN, CBG), terpene profiles, and screen for contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides, and residual solvents. All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for download on each product page. Our products are confirmed to contain less than 0.02% delta-9 THC.

Kief is a raw, dry collection of trichomes (crystal-like structures) from cannabis flowers. Hash is kief that has been processed and pressed using heat and pressure, creating a denser, more stable product. Hash is typically more potent and easier to handle than kief.

Standard delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days. EU deliveries typically take 5-7 working days depending on the destination country. Tracking information is provided with every order so you can monitor your package's journey.

Absolutely. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no Hash Shack branding visible from the outside. Your package is handled with discretion and labelled appropriately to comply with all shipping regulations.

We currently ship to the UK, most EU countries, and select international destinations. Please check the countries list on our shipping page to see if we deliver to your location. We cannot ship to the USA, Canada, or Australia at this time.

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days with tracking information. We will either reship your order or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes! Orders over £80 in the UK qualify for free Standard UK shipping. This applies to orders placed at checkout. Express UK shipping and international shipping have their own rates shown in our shipping information.
