Equipment & Tools

30-day returns and warranty on all equipment and accessories. Return or exchange if faulty within 30 days of purchase.

Hash & Extracts

No returns on hash, extracts, or consumable products for hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions apply for damaged or incorrect items.

Wrong Item Received

We'll send you the correct item immediately and include a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the wrong item.

Package your item securely and use the provided label to ship it back to us.

Hash, kief, and other cannabis products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
Consumable products are final sale only.
Products cannot be returned if they show signs of use or opening.

✓ Equipment Warranty

All tools and accessories come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty covers issues caused by our manufacturing process, not user damage or misuse.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
