Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and compliance reasons. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
